Background Information:
Evaluation of two compounds in any BioMAP system, individually and in combination. The VascC system is comprised of vascular endothelial cells and peripheral blood mononuclear cells, stimulated via the T cell receptor for 48-hrs and is the cancer cell line negative version of the VascHT29 system.

For Small Molecules: 350uL of a 1000X stock based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo. For Biologics: 3.5mL of a 100X stock in PBS or water, based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo
