Background Information:
High quality RNA (250 ng) prepared from individual BioMAP systems, provided to clients for their own downstream gene expression experiments. The 3C system is comprised of venular endothelial cells and models Th1 type vascular inflammation. It is an anti-angiogenic environment that promotes monocyte and T cell adhesion and recruitment. The 3C system is relevant for chronic inflammatory diseases, vascular inflammation, and restenosis.
