Background Information:
High quality RNA (250 ng) prepared from individual BioMAP systems, provided to clients for their own downstream gene expression experiments. The BF4T system is comprised of bronchial epithelial cells and dermal fibroblasts. It models Th2 type lung inflammation and is an environment that promotes the recruitment of eosinophils, mast cells and basophils, as well as effector memory T cells. The BF4T system is relevant for allergy and asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, as well as COPD exacerbations.
