Background Information:
High quality RNA (250 ng) prepared from individual BioMAP systems, provided to clients for their own downstream gene expression experiments. The BE3C system is comprised of bronchial epithelial cells. It models Th1 type lung inflammation and is an environment that promotes monocyte and T cell adhesion and recruitment. The BE3C system is relevant for sarcoidosis and pulmonary responses to respiratory infections.
