Background Information:
High quality RNA (250 ng) prepared from individual BioMAP systems, provided to clients for their own downstream gene expression experiments. The CASM3C system is comprised of coronary artery smooth muscle cells. It models Th1 type vascular inflammation and is an environment that promotes monocyte and T cell recruitment. The CASM3C system is relevant for chronic inflammatory diseases, vascular inflammation, and restenosis.
