Background Information:
High quality RNA (250 ng) prepared from individual BioMAP systems, provided to clients for their own downstream gene expression experiments. The HDF3CGF system is comprised of dermal fibroblasts. It models wound healing and matrix/tissue remodeling in the context of Th1-type inflammation. The HDF3CGF system is relevant for various diseases including fibrosis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and stromal biology in tumors.
