Background Information:
High quality RNA (250 ng) prepared from individual BioMAP systems, provided to clients for their own downstream gene expression experiments. The MyoF system is comprised of lung fibroblasts. It models the development of myofibroblasts relevant to fibrotic diseases as well as other chronic inflammatory settings where tissue repair, matrix remodeling, and fibrosis is involved, including scleroderma, SLE, psoriasis, arthritis, and NAFLD/NASH-related fibrosis biology.
