Background Information:
High quality RNA (250 ng) prepared from individual BioMAP systems, provided to clients for their own downstream gene expression experiments. The lMphg system is comprised of macrophages and venular endothelial cells. It models Th1 type chronic inflammation and macrophage activation responses. The lMphg system is relevant to inflammatory conditions where monocytes play a key role including atherosclerosis, restenosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other chronic inflammatory conditions.
