Background Information:
High quality RNA (250 ng) prepared from individual BioMAP systems, provided to clients for their own downstream gene expression experiments. The HDFSAg system is comprised of dermal fibroblasts and peripheral blood mononuclear cells. It models Th1 type chronic inflammation and T cell effector responses related to T cell activation in the context of stromal tissue. The HDFSAg system is relevant to inflammatory conditions where T cells play a key role including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, Crohn's disease, fibrosis, and wound healing biology.
