Background Information:
High quality RNA (250 ng) prepared from individual BioMAP systems, provided to clients for their own downstream gene expression experiments. The REMyoF system is comprised of renal proximal tubule epithelial cells and lung fibroblasts. It is stimulated with profibrotic and proinflammatory factors to model the biology of renal fibrosis and inflammation associated with chronic kidney diseases and end-stage renal failure. The REMyoF system is relevant for evaluating wound healing, matrix remodeling, and inflammation-related responses in the diseased kidney.
