Background Information:
High quality RNA (250 ng) prepared from individual BioMAP systems, provided to clients for their own downstream gene expression experiments. The SAEMyoF system is comprised of small airway epithelial cells and lung fibroblasts. It is stimulated with profibrotic and proinflammatory factors to model the biology of fibrotic lung diseases such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The SAEMyoF system is relevant for evaluating wound healing, matrix remodeling, and chronic inflammation-related responses in the diseased lung.
