Background Information:
High quality RNA (250 ng) prepared from individual BioMAP systems, provided to clients for their own downstream gene expression experiments. The StroHT29 system is comprised of dermal fibroblasts, the HT-29 colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line, and peripheral blood mononuclear cells. This stromal TME model is stimulated via the T cell receptor for 48-hrs to recapitulate the activation of tumor infiltrating immune cells in the context of an immunosuppressive cancer cell line and normal host stromal tissue. Biomarker readouts capture impacts on translationally relevant immune, matrix remodeling, and inflammation related intratumoral responses.
