Background Information:
CL075 (Thiazoloquinolone derivate) is used to specifically activate TLR7/8 and stimulates secretion of IL-1β inhibition by client compound is reported as pg/mL for the strength of the response. Reference compound dexamethasone is used for comparison purposes. Non-treated cells serve as background control, while CL075 (Thiazoloquinolone derivate) stimulated PBMCs in the presence of vehicle serve as a positive control. The number of PBMC donors in this study is customizable and can be tested as either individual or pooled donors.
