Biological Information
Background Information:
T cell receptor activation on Jurkat cells is induced by anti-CD3 antibody to produce substantial amounts of IL-2. Test compound is evaluated for inhibitory ability and compared to the reference control dexamethasone. Non-treated cells serve as background control, while anti-CD3 stimulated Jurkat cells in the presence of vehicle serve as positive control.
