Biological Information
Background Information:
Anti-CD3 antibody is used to stimulate secretion of Th17-related cytokines (IL-17A, IL-17F, IL-21) by human PBMCs, and inhibition by client compound is reported as pg/mL for the strength of the response. Reference compound dexamethasone is used for comparison purposes. Non-treated cells serve as background control, while induced PBMCs in the presence of vehicle serve as a positive control. The number of PBMC donors in this study is customizable and can be tested as either individual or pooled donors.
