Pain is a very common distressing disease. The development of medical therapeutic treatment for pain is essential. GPCRs, ion channels, neurotransmitters, transporters and enzymes have been implicated in the pathophysiology of all types of pain. To identify molecular target compound for pain, we address molecular targets relevant to pain perception to provide the discovery and research of screening analgesics on pain treatment.
