Background Information:
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease associated with memory loss, cognitive impairment and dementia. The multifactorial pathological feature of AD leads to unsatisfying single-targeted treatments and an unmet need for its efficacy and safety.
