Background Information:
Poorly soluble compounds can dramatically reduce productivity in drug discovery and development. Eurofins solubility assays involve assessment of kinetic solubility (from DMSO stock solution) using a shake-flask technique in a plate format and LCUV or nephelometric analysis. Solubility information helps in interpreting results from other in vitro assays, recognizing compounds that are solubility limited, and prioritizing compounds for further development.
