Procedure Summary:
MAST4 (h) is incubated with 200 mM Tris/HCl pH 7.4, 100 mM MgCl2, 0.25 µM DTT, 0.05 % BSA, 0.33 mg/mL myelin basic protein. The reaction is initiated by the addition of the ATP. After incubation for 40 minutes at room temperature, the reaction is stopped by the addition of ADP-Glo™ reagent and revealed by the addition of Kinase detection reagent. After 30 minutes at room temperature, the reaction is read by luminescence.
