Background Information:
CL075 (Thiazoloquinolone derivate) is used to stimulate secretion of IL-1β, IL-6, and TNFα and inhibition by client compound is reported as pg/mL for the strength of the response. Reference compound Dexamethasone is used for comparison purpose. Non-treated cells serve as background control, while CL075 (Thiazoloquinolone derivate) stimulated PBMCs in the presence of vehicle serve as a positive control.
