Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription (STAT) Src Homology 2 (SH2) Domain Binding Assays

Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription Binding Assays for STAT1, STAT2, STAT3, STAT4, STAT5A, STAT5B and STAT6

Eurofins Discovery has developed a panel of novel LeadHunter assays targeting Signal Transducer and Activation of Transcription (STAT) proteins that play a central role in cytokine, growth factor and oncogenic tyrosine kinase signaling with dysregulation leading to chronic inflammation, auto-immunity and cancer.

These novel STAT-specific LeadHunter assays offer unique competition Src Homology 2 (SH2) domain binding assays for 10 STAT family proteins. The STAT SH2 assay panel consists of 7 wild-type and 3 mutant DNA-tagged protein targets. These assays measure selective binding of small molecule inhibitors or degraders to STAT SH2 domains thus enabling novel therapeutic discoveries for cancer and inflammation.
