Biological Information
Background Information:
Evaluation of two compounds in any BioMAP system, individually and in combination. The 3C system is comprised of venular endothelial cells and models Th1 type vascular inflammation. It is an anti-angiogenic environment that promotes monocyte and T cell adhesion and recruitment. The 3C system is relevant for chronic inflammatory diseases, vascular inflammation, and restenosis.

Test Sample Requirements:
For Small Molecules: 350uL of a 1000X stock based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo. For Biologics: 3.5mL of a 100X stock in PBS or water, based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo
