Background Information:
Evaluation of two compounds in any BioMAP system, individually and in combination. The BE3C system is comprised of bronchial epithelial cells. It models Th1 type lung inflammation and is an environment that promotes monocyte and T cell adhesion and recruitment. The BE3C system is relevant for sarcoidosis and pulmonary responses to respiratory infections.

Test Sample Requirements:
For Small Molecules: 350uL of a 1000X stock based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo. For Biologics: 3.5mL of a 100X stock in PBS or water, based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo
