Background Information:
Eurofins Panlabs provides an effective in vitro cell-based screening model to assess cellular stress potential of drugs with multiplexed technologies examining human primary hepatocytes (HPH) and measuring morphological and biochemical parameters at the single cell level. This assay provides the access to automated, robust, state-of-the-art technology that maximizes data per assay by measuring critical markers of cellular stress: Cell number and HSP27. Compound testing is conducted in pre-validated human primary hepatocytes (HPH).
