Background Information:
Eurofins Panlabs provides an effective in vitro cell-based screening model to assess cellular stress potential of drugs with multiplexed technologies examining human dermal fibroblast cells (NHDF-neo) and measuring morphological and biochemical parameters at the single cell level. This assay provides the access to automated, robust, state-of-the-art technology that maximizes data per assay by measuring critical markers of cellular stress: Cell number and HSP27. Compound testing is conducted in pre-validated human dermal fibroblast cells (NHDF-neo).
