Background Information:
Evaluation of two compounds in any BioMAP system, individually and in combination. The BF4T system is comprised of bronchial epithelial cells and dermal fibroblasts. It models Th2 type lung inflammation and is an environment that promotes the recruitment of eosinophils, mast cells and basophils, as well as effector memory T cells. The BF4T system is relevant for allergy and asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, as well as COPD exacerbations.

Two test agents profiled alone at four concentrations, and in combination in a four-by-four matrix, in triplicate.
Test Sample Requirements:
For Small Molecules: 350uL of a 1000X stock based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo. For Biologics: 3.5mL of a 100X stock in PBS or water, based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo
