Background Information:
Evaluation of two compounds in any BioMAP system, individually and in combination. The CASM3C system is comprised of coronary artery smooth muscle cells. It models Th1 type vascular inflammation and is an environment that promotes monocyte and T cell recruitment. The CASM3C system is relevant for chronic inflammatory diseases, vascular inflammation, and restenosis.

Test Sample Requirements:
For Small Molecules: 350uL of a 1000X stock based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo. For Biologics: 3.5mL of a 100X stock in PBS or water, based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo
