Background Information:
Evaluation of two compounds in any BioMAP system, individually and in combination. The HDF3CGF system is comprised of dermal fibroblasts. It models wound healing and matrix/tissue remodeling in the context of Th1-type inflammation. The HDF3CGF system is relevant for various diseases including fibrosis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, as well as stromal biology in tumors.

Test Sample Requirements:
For Small Molecules: 350uL of a 1000X stock based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo. For Biologics: 3.5mL of a 100X stock in PBS or water, based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo
