High Throughput Buffer Exchange and Concentration

Buffer exchange and sample concentration are time-consuming, hands-on tasks during large molecule drug formulation. At Eurofins Discovery, we can provide rapid, high throughput solutions for buffer exchange and sample concentration in as little as 100 µL or as large as 8 mL– saving you the resources that matter.
 
In combination with our testing for aggregation, stability, and viscosity, our buffer exchange system allows for complete workflow testing on very small amounts of material to ensure developability of your lead biologic candidate.
 
Large molecules are frequently less stable than small molecules, so by testing for stability and aggregation early, under many conditions, our clients are able to optimize the best lead biotherapeutics and determine the best conditions for shipping, storage, and usage.
 
For example, drugs for subcutaneous delivery often need to be concentrated to a therapeutic dose. Instead of concentrating a large amount of material, test with a smaller amount.
