Background Information:
Evaluation of two compounds in any BioMAP system, individually and in combination. The LPS system is comprised of venular endothelial cells and peripheral blood mononuclear cells. It models acute and chronic inflammation and monocyte activation responses. The LPS system is relevant to chronic inflammatory conditions where monocytes play a key role including atherosclerosis, restenosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and metabolic diseases.

Two test agents profiled alone at four concentrations, and in combination in a four-by-four matrix, in triplicate.
Test Sample Requirements:
For Small Molecules: 350uL of a 1000X stock based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo. For Biologics: 3.5mL of a 100X stock in PBS or water, based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo
