Background Information:
Evaluation of two compounds in any BioMAP system, individually and in combination. The MyoF system is comprised of lung fibroblasts. It models the development of myofibroblasts relevant to fibrotic diseases as well as other chronic inflammatory settings where tissue repair, matrix remodeling, and fibrosis is involved, including scleroderma, SLE, psoriasis, arthritis, and NAFLD/NASH-related fibrosis biology.

Test Sample Requirements:
For Small Molecules: 350uL of a 1000X stock based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo. For Biologics: 3.5mL of a 100X stock in PBS or water, based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo
