Biological Information
Background Information:
Evaluation of two compounds in any BioMAP system, individually and in combination. The SAEMyoF system is comprised of small airway epithelial cells and lung fibroblasts. It is stimulated with profibrotic and proinflammatory factors to model the biology of fibrotic lung diseases such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The SAEMyoF system is relevant for evaluating wound healing, matrix remodeling, and chronic inflammation-related responses in the diseased lung.

Test Sample Requirements:
For Small Molecules: 350uL of a 1000X stock based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo. For Biologics: 3.5mL of a 100X stock in PBS or water, based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo
