Biological Information
Background Information:
Evaluation of two compounds in any BioMAP system, individually and in combination. The REMyoF system is comprised of renal proximal tubule epithelial cells and lung fibroblasts. It is stimulated with profibrotic and proinflammatory factors to model the biology of renal fibrosis and inflammation associated with chronic kidney diseases and end-stage renal failure. The REMyoF system is relevant for evaluating wound healing, matrix remodeling, and inflammation-related responses in the diseased kidney.

Test Sample Requirements:
For Small Molecules: 350uL of a 1000X stock based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo. For Biologics: 3.5mL of a 100X stock in PBS or water, based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo
