Biological Information
Background Information:
The BioMAP Oncology Early Screening Service (StroHT29) is a high quantity screening format in BioMAP oncology system StroHT29, comprised of dermal fibroblasts, the HT-29 colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line, and peripheral blood mononuclear cells. This stromal TME model is stimulated via the T cell receptor for 48-hrs to recapitulate the activation of tumor infiltrating immune cells in the context of an immunosuppressive cancer cell line and normal host stromal tissue. Biomarker readouts capture impacts on translationally relevant immune, matrix remodeling, and inflammation related intratumoral responses. This service allows for rapid testing of 18 compounds at 4 concentrations for immuno-oncology potential in human tumor microenvironment models.
