Biological Information
Background Information:
Panel of two BioMAP systems incorporating colorectal adenocarcinoma cells and stimulated to recapitulate and model tumor-immune-stromal or tumor-immune-vascular microenvironments and relevant signaling pathways that manifest during tumorigenesis. The StroHT29 system is comprised of dermal fibroblasts, the HT-29 colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line, and peripheral blood mononuclear cells to model to stromal tumor microenvironment. The VascHT29 system is comprised of venular endothelial cells, the HT-29 colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line, and peripheral blood mononuclear cells to model the vascular tumor microenvironment.
