Background Information:
The BioMAP Fibrosis Early Screening Service (MyoF) is a high quantity screening format in the BioMAP fibrosis system MyoF comprised of lung fibroblasts. This system models the development of myofibroblasts relevant to fibrotic diseases as well as other chronic inflammatory settings where tissue repair, matrix remodeling, and fibrosis is involved, including scleroderma, SLE, psoriasis, arthritis, and NAFLD/NASH-related fibrosis biology. This service allows for rapid testing of 18 compounds at 4 concentrations for antifibrotic development potential in a human fibrosis model.
