Background Information:
Evaluation of two compounds in any BioMAP system, individually and in combination. The HDFSAg system is comprised of dermal fibroblasts and peripheral blood mononuclear cells. It models Th1 type chronic inflammation and T cell effector responses related to T cell activation in the context of stromal tissue. The HDFSAg system is relevant to inflammatory conditions where T cells play a key role including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, Crohn's disease, fibrosis, and wound healing biology.

Test Sample Requirements:
For Small Molecules: 350uL of a 1000X stock based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo. For Biologics: 3.5mL of a 100X stock in PBS or water, based on the top concentration being tested & standard 3-fold dilutions per system and per Combo
