Background Information:
Panel of four BioMAP systems consisting of complex co-cultures of immune and adherent primary cell types. These systems model the adaptive immune cell microenvironment, and T and B cell responses. The four systems of this panel are: SAg (autoimmune disease, chronic inflammation model), HDFSAg (autoimmune disease, chronic inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis model), BT (allergy, asthma, autoimmunity, oncology model), and lTH2 (allergy, asthma, oncology model).
